A couple of things. Typically, the design is done by us, and then Mobisoft implements it. However, there are certain designs that are very hard to implement or that could be implemented in a different, much easier way. Sometimes, the engineers know those alternatives. It would have been nice if those engineers had recommended some changes.

They were on budget and on time. Their project management and communications skills are good. They use Basecamp as a tool. That’s a product that I looked at maybe six years ago and started using. We brought it back into play, and I’m using it for about 10 of my projects.

It was a partnership for the design of the application. They have an extremely clever marketing and user interface capability. Number one, they’re affordable, and number two, we went in with a crude idea of what the intuitive interface would be. Our intuitive interface doesn’t have opthosclerotic plaque or a heart shriveling to show what happens as people age, or they develop cardiovascular disease. But it's based on the concept of having a maple leaf change colors as it would happen during fall foliage.

We've had some issues in the beginning of our collaboration where we didn't give specific enough instructions or Digicorp didn't ask enough questions and so the delivered work wasn't what we expected. They solved this by fixing it without any extra costs. After those initial issues, we improved communications and everything went very smooth. As for technical problems, they handle it by communicating. Just ask us (the client) what we want, how we want it and if needed, give us some options to choose from with all the pro's and cons.

It is founded by four technical founders and that's one of the differentiator, that's where they do really well for enterprise application development with most complex logic to implement. We decided to rebuild our public website. Our website was outdated, was not responsive and the message that the site conveyed about our company wasn't accurate. It was based on obsolete technology and hosted locally, so we had a hard time securing fast responses to clients in remote countries.

Merixstudio wan involved in a complete end-to-end project. They took care of everything from the back-end to the front end of the calendar, using Django. This involved API [application programming interface] integration, user authentication functionalities, and single sign-on integration. They also integrated Spektrix, an e-commerce functionality, into the calendar that allows users to buy tickets through the platform.
Alabster is the luxury home linen & bedding sets retailer from Norway. With this project, the design focus was very much on emphasizing “Parisian Chic & Scandinavian Comfort”. We kept (more) user interface slick, clean and simple, so minimalist was the guiding concept for Alabaster. We took benchmark sites that were similar to the functionality that we wanted to have, and we used those platforms as the foundation for our platform. They built the platform using Magento.

We provided Merixstudio with our requirements. We wanted users to be able to edit the tools, so the tools had to be flexible. Merixstudio developed wireframes based on the concepts that we provided for them. They developed the tools using HTML5, CSS3, and SVG. They also worked on the frontend design and user experience.
Our main responsibility was to create a website that is fully responsive and compliant with the client’s specific guidelines. In result, we created an interactive and unconventional corp (more)orate website that highlights the unique nature of the company. Creative process was based on modern web technologies, such as Gulp.js system, which performs pre-defined tasks on files. To ensure the site is easy to manage, we based it on Drupal CMS. On the top of that, we integrated various Drupal modules to enhance dynamics of the site. Particularly noteworthy is the functionality created for the admin, who is able to manage content boxes by customizing their size, animation, look, structure and placement. (less)

We decided to rebuild our public website. Our website was outdated, was not responsive and the message that the site conveyed about our company wasn't accurate. It was based on obsolete technology and hosted locally, so we had a hard time securing fast responses to clients in remote countries.

They did a great job. We gave them a tight timeline, and they performed well under pressure. It required discipline from them and us in terms of communication, timely feedback, and timely reaction to feedback. It all worked very smoothly. Everything was delivered, and we didn't have any major issues. Of course, there were some minor corrections we were requesting, but that's normal. Merixstudio was very flexible and open to our opinions. They worked very fast without compromising quality and stuck to tough deadlines.

When we approached them, we already had some graphical design work for the website. We asked Merixstudio to build the website using those designs. They studied the designs and offered suggestions on how to improve them. We then defined what the structure of our pages should be, what text we want on each page, what pictures we wanted. Once we approved of their plans, Merixstudio developed the site. We gave them a very strict timeline: the entire project had to be completed in not more than 60 calendar days.They built the site in four language – English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese – to support as many of our clients as possible.
For Fantasy Club "Druga Era," the organizer of Pyrkon Festival, we have built a new website integrated with the administration panel. Questions are displayed on the large screens installed in the park. Multiple visitors use their smartphones to connect with the screens (via Websockets protocol). We were challenged with designing and developing a corporate (more)website that would meet the exacting demands of Plania’s audience (mainly larger organizations within real estate/property management, manufacturing and industrial providers within the facility management vertical). Main objective of the new site was to clearly communicate Plania's vision and educate visitors (both new and existing customers) in their products, solutions and its benefits. The new Plania site features a bold, visual and informative design that support content driven marketing. Built with the powerful and user-friendly Django, the site makes easy for the Plania team to edit and update content. Finally, we have integrated Web to Lead Form (an essential component of marketing and sales automation) from Salesforce, Plania's CRM tool, for all the forms used on the website.
