For example in our case, search engine, chat online, etc. It is important that they advice the customer to choose the best of the breed solutions in order to save time and money.

They did a great job understanding the vision of the product and providing a prototype before starting development. They also have a ton of experience in the technology space which made our decision to work with Prototype much easier.
They did a great job prototyping the front end of the system but I would have liked to have seen a prototype of the back end. This would have provided more clarity and avoided the amount of questions/miscommunication on how the back end would look and feel.
They handled problems and issues in a timely fashion, gave feedback on why the issue/problem was happening and fixed it within the timeframe they provided.
They built a unified group ticketing platform that is scaled to stand alone or integrate with main ticketing providers in a seamless process.

Prototype1 did a great job of understanding our needs, designing/developing great software, and delivering the project when they said they would. They were independent when we needed them to be but brought issues to our attention when it was necessary.
They started a little slow but made up for it through out the project. They could have communicated a little more with the team regarding their progress even though they were on schedule it would have been nice to know.
They let us know quickly if there seemed to be a hold up and they rarely made assumptions without validating them. in one instance they told us they hit a road block and would be delivering the project late but in the end they made up the lost time and still finished on the original finish date.
Prototype1 built us a distance learning platform that will allow us to create unique courses and tests and our clients to take these tests for state credits. While we did the original scoping of the project Prototype1 helped vet the original scope, design the system, built us high-fidelity prototypes to test, and developed the complete software.
This project was part of our former company, ONOSYS, a white label SaaS company. We built online ordering systems for the largest restaurants in the US (Applebee's, KFC, etc). The system sup (more)ported over 8,500 restaurant locations and $300 MM in transaction/year. (less)
Oleg and Dave were instrumental in understanding what our customer needs were and tailoring the system to fit those needs well.
They could stay a little more organized throughout the project. They communicate well and are on time but sometimes let the project management take a back seat to the implementation (of design, development, etc).
They acted fast to resolve them. Even if it wasn't something that was their fault they just fixed it the best way possible the situation allowed.
