There designer didn't understand our needs or expectations. We rarely spoke with her and would of liked more close contact with her.

How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?

They were very quick on response to edits and bug fixes. We received a reply immediately regarding requests and edits were done within 24hrs. For design revisions, they were patient and must of went through 4-6 redesigns for each new concept page.

Quodisys redesigned several pages of our website, optimized it for SEO and speed, and added security features. We needed a improved look for our landing page and wanted updates for security since we were recently hacked.
