As long as you worked an agile communication system with TopTier, their work is as good as anyone's and better than most. Working in an iterative SDLC allows them to adjust their thinking and their development to meet all of the issues that we encountered.

How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?

Proactive issue handling is a must, but TopTier is good at working a long plan to solve issues. When there are personnel issues or quality issues, they are dealt with and resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

What did the service provider build or do for you? What was your project?

Cloudsway is a back office integration suite for small businesses. TopTier's work involved full stack development on a number of projects, including mobile development, api development, and feature development, as well as debugging and testing. Many of these projects interwove, so TopTier was in the mix for most development in some way or the other.
