I honestly don't have any major feedback here. We certainly ran into problems during our project, but nothing out of the ordinary. And when we did hit those bumps in the road, everything was addressed professionally and quickly.

FullStack created a very powerful application in a relatively short amount of time. I've tried to work with partners in the past to realize this vision, but FullStack was the only group who came through and delivered. They were willing to go deep on the partnership, learn about the industry, and do whatever it took to get this new product created. We've run several successful campaigns on the application well and they were able to optimize and scale the app quickly to respond to some very high traffic loads.

We did have an issue with one of their developers during the project who moved on to another position. FullStack was able to switch gears and replace him without too much of an impact on the project.

There were a number of changing and evolving requirements that came up during the project. FullStack was able to solve these problems as they came up to keep the system running.

There were some things that were a bit unexpected for them in terms of their budget, but they never increased it for us, which was good for our partner relationship. They were quite flexible in terms of pricing. We were very comfortable in negotiating with them.

We needed to create an engine, which would look more or less like a word processor. Users should see the text on screen and they could edit in a few places and answer a few simple questions. In the end, they would get a PDF document. We were looking for people who could develop this engine, and not many firms were ready to do that. The guys from SumatoSoft wanted to do it and it seems to have worked well. It was all development work during the project with SumatoSoft. We already had the design and user experience work beforehand.
