The game was free with in-App purchases so it was crucial that the in-App purchases bought should bring in additional powerups and game play elements for the user. There was a tight rope which the developer worked on making sure both the free and the paying users remain engaged and connected to the game.

Being a Multi-country manufacturer, our sales guys always needed a centralised catalogue of all our products with easy access. The Mind Roots team helped us develop our iOS and Android app, which was so easy to use that it became an instant hit with our sales rep team and even our distributers.

Nothing really. We had a wonderful glitch-free experience with them.

There was only one point during development when an issue came up, mostly form our end as it was an undocumented requirement. Mind Roots scoped and made a CR of the requirement, which we agreed upon and got implemented. So, it was smoothly handled.

Mind Roots handled the full development of the iOS and android app for Unbrako. The project was to create a mobile app based catalogue so our distributers and sales rep could have access to our catalogue on the go. They created the apps and a web backend where we can enter/update our products and they directly sync into the app.

I have been working with Mind Roots for over 2 years now and this was my 4th project with them. They did an excellent job of converting my designs into the app exactly as i wanted and delivering a fully functional issue free application as always.

At the start of the project, there were a few technical concerns we faced, But they all got sorted out soon once we had a look at the issues and got around them. After that, the project was a breeze.

Since we have been working together for over 2 years, we didnt face any real problems during the development.

Manik's team developed the CustomKey application, which is a Custom iOS extension keyboard at a time when many companies did not even know that custom extensions could be done in iOS.

When i started talking to Manik at Mind Roots, i was very uncertain of what to do. I just had an idea i wanted to go with and Manik was very easy to talk to. He gave me a clear picture of exactly what could be achieved and what was an optimal solution for me. That, according to me, was the best part of working with Mind Roots as generally, most people dont even understand the requirements completely, let alone proposing a solution.

I think every area was handled very maturely and in a systematic process by Mind Roots and i really dont see any major areas of improvement for them. They have become my favourite agency to work with.

We didnt face any problems during the development process and it all went very smoothly thanks to Manik and his team.

They proposed a solution against my idea, designed and developed the app, got it tested and delivered. So, basically they did EVERYTHING!

We found Mind Roots at a very difficult stage as our previous agency had literally screwed up our project. The App was done in parts but bugging out at various places and the designs wernt adhering to our initial specs. With MInd Roots, they understood all our concerns, hit them one at a time till we had a fully functional application without any bugs.

The time taken to complete the project was a bit more than we had anticipated. But i wouldnt blame it entirely on them as i am well aware that the original code done was very poor and must have taken more time to fix or correct.

The main problem in the project was that it wasnt well documented so guys at Mind Roots had to constantly ask us for details about each module. After it started getting cumbersome, Manik smartly suggested we use Trello where they started creating task cards for us to explain required functionality and we could easily see what they wanted and what was on our plate. It made the whole process very easy and we were very happy.

They literally made our full application. We provided the designs and a broken partial code to them but they amost did a ground-up job, first by re-implementing the new designs into the app and then fixing out all the issues that came in and adding new functionality. The best part of it was their Project management, which i think they did exceedingly well.

They did amazing job creating awesome branding for our company including logo and interactive website with videos.

They had some problems with mobile version of this project and html5 video formats but all our feedback was resolved in two days.

They could improve on animation development. I understand that they did a project like that first time but It was the longest part of the project.

They were changing technology of front end animation few times and were testing quality and speed. It took quite long time. After all they've found pixi.js as a solution.

Everything was done very good, on time with very good quality.

They had some minor issues developing back end of this app. They decided to build it from scratch. And that took them two days longer than was calculated in offer but eventually entire project was awesome.
