No. I’m very happy with the interactions and with them. They helped not only with this project, but they also had good suggestions about building a product video, which we put together on a shoestring budget. We ended up with good quality based on some of their recommendations. They were good partners and went above and beyond where we initially started. We had a very clever user interface. They were on budget and on time. Their project management and communications skills are good. They use Basecamp as a tool. That’s a product that I looked at maybe six years ago and started using. We brought it back into play, and I’m using it for about 10 of my projects.

It was a partnership for the design of the application. They have an extremely clever marketing and user interface capability. Number one, they’re affordable, and number two, we went in with a crude idea of what the intuitive interface would be. They had strong and interesting recommendations for moving away from the "blood and guts" perspective that might typically come out of a medical device. Our intuitive interface doesn’t have opthosclerotic plaque or a heart shriveling to show what happens as people age, or they develop cardiovascular disease. But it's based on the concept of having a maple leaf change colors as it would happen during fall foliage.

Speed and Function the best dev shop I have worked with. I have heard so many horror stories of dev shops and that simply is not the case here. Their agile methodology conforms to our demands and they communicate clear paths to success and blockers that are in the way. I really appreciate their approach in that we have daily scrums so that I can keep track of the project and help fill in the gaps, where needed. Really great choice. They have a great design team! They helped me to think about options to earn money from my apps. We had a lot of issues with apple review team and they managed that fast and efficiently.

The management team evolved during development of our projects. We had issues related to parallel teams working on the Android and iOS versions that caused delays and defects that were solved by them later.

They always discussed possible difficulties in advance and were responsible when major problems came up. Sometimes we had some communication problems but they were handled professionally.

Talking about Information Technology, I can't think in some other company. I did a big search before make any deals with them, I did it until out of my State. But I got too luck because the best guys were right here by my side. Normally we do not want to believe in people how are close to us. I can tell this for sure for have had and still having some projects running with them.

I could give some suggestions about an office because was getting kind of small to them, the reason would be not the size of the spot, but the number of staff, was getting too big. But they just built a brand new, bigger, prettier and of high technology place as their office. Maybe at the time, not the issue, but before they get the new projects, because some of those I could not start immediately. I needed to get in line with others clients of them for about a week.

And believe, they are too fast when we need their help. Their support is simply spectacular.
