I was happy with the end product from design as well as functionality perspective. I think they overall did well in delivering end-to-end service for our requirement.

May be a little more pro-activeness in keeping us to date. We did have weekly touch points, however I felt we could touch more often in a week to stay on top of whats going on with the product development.

They helped eliminate our bulky Line Sheet. We were using excel file here at Noonday to prepare product line sheets of all our jewelry. Snyxius moved us to CollaborateCloud by replicating our exact process in a much better fashion.

Resolution Time for some issues were much longer than I expected. Definitely some improvement needed there.

They communicated well and was able to take up any problems / issues we faced. There were some issues that were just our user error which we couldn't understand, and they were nice to help us figure those out.

They implemented a collaboration solution for our product design team. We were working with excel sheets to collaborate and prepare our product line sheets. It was a bulky sheet that we sent to every one in the team include third party manufacturers. We faced a lot of issues with version tracking.
