I think they've done well with pretty much all the jobs that were given to them. Been working with them for over a couple of years now & have no complaints so far.
Probably a little bit on the content/copy side of things but then they clearly do mention that content isn't what they focus on as a service.
They were swift with all the responses and we had a dedicated project manager for all the projects we had worked with them.
We started with a complete brand design for a new product of ours which includes logo creation, marketing collaterals, product packaging etc. We then moved to website & mobile properties. We were happy with the first brand they worked on and hence we went ahead with them for our three brands also.
They were very prompt in their service. They don't just see the project through but also ensure that they are working and providing suggestions that suit best for the client. A very systematic and timely approach was shown by the team.
I think I have had no issues with them. By far the best agency to work with due to their professionalism.

Uvize
9 projects in HTMLA web application to make meaningful mentor relationships scalable for organizations. We take care of the training, connecting and success post match by using technology to reduce the pain p (more)oints between mentors and proteges. We built the solution from end to end starting with user interviews to discover the pain points and solve real problems. (less)
The platform is really easy to use. They put in place a great onboarding flow.
The admin functionality was limited. It just came down to resources. Given the time we had and budget we had something had to give and we all agreed that user adoption was more important than the pain of the program manager.
They immediately let me know via email and then, if it wasn't going to be a quick fix, called me to explain what was going on.
We needed a way to connect our founders and mentors as well as alumni. They built a custom version of the web application to fit our needs.
Uvize provides a very reliable platform and awesome support (pre sales and ongoing). The operations team is very receptive to feedback and new feature requests.
I would love to see the power of Uvize rolled into native apps for Android and iOS.
No. The Uvize team went above and beyond for Patriot Boot Camp.

We created a video based Learning Management System that allowed students to login using single sign on and then take a series of video based preparatory classes. The web application smartl (more)y served them the content based on their personal progress, gave program administrators insight into the students progress and allowed the students to discuss the content with each other in real time. Built the solution that we needed. We have a ton of continuing ed students that don't have much time and aren't familiar with technology. What Uvize built addressed both problems.
I can't think of anything. They were great to work with.
Didn't really have any. A few small miscommunications did happen, but they called to straighten things out right away.
They built a way for us to connect users regardless of whether they're here in person or not. It's just what we needed and the best part is that they're always adding new features and improving it over time.

Built an easy to use platform.
Sometimes a new feature took longer than we would originally be told. Never by much - just a week or two - and they would always tell us several weeks out so it was never a suprise.
They would email us first and then call once they had a better handle on what it was and how long it would take to change or fix.
They built as an online community platform and it was great. It's literally the foundation of our online presence and really helps us engage more students.
Our original company homepage
A redesign of our company homepage to both freshen up the look and reflect an expansion of our target market.
We're working with SUNY ESC to adapt the goals portion of our mentor platform to serve as a Learning Relationship Management (LRM) platform that can help students navigate the admissions, re (more)gistrar and career transition processes. (less)
They didn't bullshit. From start to finish they were transparent and honest. I found that extremely valuable.
Sometimes they would get busy and not schedule a weekly update until later in the week, but that's about it.
My team said they would email right away, dig into the problem, and then call once they had a better handle on it.
They built a combination of Facebook and Match.com. It's literally what I've been looking for going on 2 years now!
The client wanted a custom version of our community software with the additional features of creating goals and then inviting a mentor to see and edit those goals.
Great looking platform! I shopped around and this was by far not only some of the best design work I found but also affordable.
They changed one date due to something taking longer than expected, but that was it.
They would email me as soon as they knew of an issue and call once they had it figured out.
They built us a custom mentor platform that combines the best of both community software, Trello and mentorship software. They really built an end-to-end solution that we couldn't find anywhere else on the market. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Client wanted a custom integration between our community software and Google Groups so that almost all of the platforms functionality could be done from within email.
Made it super easy to use. Great design.
Nothing.
Usually emailed and then called.
A custom version of their community software that involved API integration with google groups and a deep integration with email.
The AngularJS ng.$http service has built-in CSRF protection. By default, it looks for a cookie named XSRF-TOKEN and, if found, writes its value into an X-XSRF-TOKEN header, which the server (more)compares with the CSRF token saved in the user's session. This project adds direct support for this scheme to your Rails application without requiring any changes to your AngularJS application. It also doesn't require the use of csrf_meta_tags to write a CSRF token into your page markup, so it works for pure JSON API applications. Note that there is nothing AngularJS specific here, and this will work with any other front-end that implements the same scheme. (less)
Ajax pagination that appends result, built on the Rails plugin will_paginate. This fork of jquery-bottomless-pagination makes a number of changes from the original: ajaxLoaderPath is opt (more)ional. If not specified, a text 'Loading...' message is shown The total page count is retrieved from the last numbered pagination link and is used to disable the 'More' link when the end of the set is reached (Previously the link was disabled when the ajax call returned no data, requiring an extra click to confirm the end of the set). When the end of the set is reached, the 'More' link turns into a 'Back to top' link. A span is added to the 'More' link with class 'icon'. Can be used to include an image, such as an arrow, in the pagination via CSS. Updated to work with will_paginate implementation that does not wrap the current page number in a span with class 'current'. Uses the 'next page' node instead. jquery-bottomless-pagination is a facebook-like jQuery plugin built on top of the Rails will_paginate plugin where results are returned and appended to the end of a list.
