Everyday communications and project management have been seamless and easy, even across distance and time zones. However, I have noticed that content in the online product could benefit from more careful transfer of content ( sometime there are typos/spelling errors). North South is an excellent digital media development firm. Technically the firm has as complete a range of design and development skills as any top tier firm in the US. They are especially impressive in their reliability, timeliness and communication. Communication is particularly remarkable given their primary physical office location in Lima. This was an initial concern for my company but quickly was forgotten.

There are no major issues or areas for improvement. NorthSouth did not have prior experience working in digital music and thus was not knowledgable about digital music industry, technologies and databases matters. We were aware of this limitation and it did not affect the success of the project.
