I believe every issue we had was resolved in a timely manner. The key is communications and expectations. I've been a software engineer so I understand no project will go 100% as planned. The key was communicating it and they resolved it in a timely manner.

I was actually 100% satisfied with all the work. I wish I could offer some sort of constructive criticism but they knocked this job out of the park.

There were a few minor changes that had to be changed a few weeks after the project was completed. They handled them every time in less than a day which made my life a lot easier and gave me a happy client.

They built a payment processor integration with s2member pro, a membership plugin for wordpress. They made sure to make the new processor have 100% of the same capabilities as the processors that came with the plugin.
