Design and quality exceeded my expectations. I wanted a clean, minimalist design for this game and the team executed very well on that. Word Hack is a simple game on the surface, but I had complicated requirements for intricate gameplay mechanics and user retention strategies. The Blue Label Labs team was able understand all these requirements, added a few great suggestions of their own, and delivered a high-quality app that works very well--even to this day with minimal updates.

They give you genuine feedback about your apps design even if it might result in lower development costs. The team was our technical mentor. Going out of their way they took the time to explain to us in detail, the technical design and architecture of the App. 2. Availability & Communication: Reaching the BlueLabel team is simply a IM message away. The founders and project managers were always there to answer and questions or concerns that we raised. Our project manger would reach out to us periodically and made sure that outstanding items were addressed. 3. Timeliness: When we had concerns, the team would get back to us almost instantaneously. Responses were quick and concise.
