Provider was very technically expert. Code worked and was well tested.

Where could the service provider improve?

Provider uses slightly different methodologies than we do. At our request, Provider used our methodology and at end of project, when there was more time, provided detailed comparison of merits of each.

How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?

We communicated fairly frequently via email and Skype. They speak and write English fluently which is quite helpful. When we had updates to specs or corrections, they were prompt in updating the code.

Our project was a Windows 8 application to manage, view, and tag surveillance videos. Provider helped with both the back-end data and view models and front-end UI screen development.
